Where Botanical Science
Becomes Verified Extract

Our integrated manufacturing facility in Whitefield, Bangalore, is not just a production plant — it is the physical embodiment of 24 years of refinement, reinvestment, and relentless attention to what truly makes an herbal extract trustworthy: the process behind it.

An Integrated Facility Designed for Uncompromised Output

All Season Herbs' manufacturing unit and registered office are situated within 2,64,000 sq. ft. of land in an economic green zone at Whitefield — a 30-minute drive from Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka.

The deliberate choice of location matters: positioned away from industrially polluted zones, our facility benefits from cleaner ambient conditions — a structural advantage for herbal extract quality that cannot be retrofitted.

The facility integrates every stage of manufacturing under one roof — from raw material intake and quarantine, through extraction and spray drying, to blending, milling, and GMP-compliant packing.

Raw Material Sourcing & Qualification

Where Quality is Won or Lost Before Manufacturing Begins

The most dangerous point in any herbal extract supply chain is not in the factory — it is in the field. Our approach eliminates this risk systematically, before a single gram of material enters our facility.

Spray Drying

Pioneers in Spray-Dri    ed Herbal Extracts Since 2004

In 2004, All Season Herbs was among the first herbal extract manufacturing units in Bangalore to establish a dedicated spray drying facility. In March 2021, we commissioned an entirely new, all-stainless-steel spray drying plant to meet growing global demand.

Growing Quality From the Ground Up

Most herbal extract manufacturers start their supply chain at the warehouse gate. We start ours in the soil — with over 3,50,000 sq. ft. of farm lands adjoining our manufacturing facility, cultivated under Good Agricultural Practice (GAP).

🌱
Good Agricultural Practice (GAP)Cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest handling aligned with WHO GACP guidelines — ensuring botanical authenticity and documented traceability from field to factory gate.
🌿
Greenhouses for Propagative FarmingSelect botanicals propagated in controlled greenhouse environments — enabling year-round availability independent of seasonal variation.
📍
Adjacent to Manufacturing FacilityFarm land immediately adjoining the factory minimises post-harvest transit time — reducing degradation of labile phytochemicals.
📋
Documented & TraceableEvery farming activity generates documentation feeding directly into the raw material traceability chain.
