Ask for specifications, standardisation levels, extraction ratios, plant parts, and country of origin for any extract in our range. We will provide detailed technical data sheets.
All pricing is provided directly by our team — not on a public price list. Minimum order is 25 kg per extract. Pricing varies by volume, standardisation, and market. We quote honestly and competitively.
Request a physical sample with full CoA before committing to a commercial order. We ship samples internationally. Confirm shipping address and we will arrange courier dispatch within 2–3 days.
All orders are prepaid. Domestic India sales include GST at 18%. After payment confirmation, track your order by emailing response@allseasonherbs.com with your order reference.

All our bulk extracts are supplied in a minimum of 25 kg per product, packed in standard HDPE food-grade drums. Orders for quantities below 25 kg will attract an additional charge to cover non-standard packing and logistics.
We are unable to accommodate alternative packaging requests as these do not comply with our Standard Operating Procedures for product integrity and export compliance.
All orders are fulfilled on a prepaid basis. Production or dispatch is initiated only after confirmation of full payment receipt.
Domestic India orders: Subject to GST at 18% as applicable to herbal extracts under the specified HSN Code.
International / Export orders: Pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis. We can supply necessary export documentation, including AYUSH export certificates and Phytosanitary certificates.
Once payment is confirmed and your order is in process, you can track its status at any time by emailing response@allseasonherbs.com with your order reference number.
We are happy to facilitate collection from our manufacturing facility at Yedagondanahalli, Bangalore by your transport or freight agent, following full payment confirmation. Working hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00–17:00 IST.

We supply clients in international markets across the EU, North America, the GCC, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Our export certifications include AYUSH Export Approval, GMP (UK), HACCP (UK), Halal, and ISO — giving your regulatory team the documentation required for most major import markets.
Our city marketing office and our manufacturing facility are both in Bangalore — 30 minutes apart. Visits to the factory for facility tours or audits are by prior appointment.
